Will A.: 40 yard dash time improved by 0.3 seconds, Bench press improved by 50 pounds, Squat improved by 125 pounds, Power Clean improved by 80 pounds, Currently a Div-1 wide receiver
After taking a year off from college and working full time Will was not only ready to go back to college but re-join his University’s football team. Working full time had an effect on Will’s strength and conditioning and he felt that if he was going to re-join his team he would need assistance in order to return to his playing shape. Will was put on an intense training regimen, sprint training, power lifting, agility training and plyometrics. Working out five days a week. Will progressed rapidly and within five months had surpassed his previous bests including amazing improvements in 40 yard dash, bench press, squat, power clean and shuttle run.
