Alanna initially was interested in a Fit Bride program simply to help alleviate the stress of the planning her wedding.  Shortly after beginning her training she started feeling much more relaxed with butt-kicking workouts 3 times week. She then realized that she not only wanted to be able to sleep at night but wanted to be as buff as she could walking down the isle.  “I’m not going to flex going down the isle or anything…….well maybe I will depending on how things go by then.”  She trained more like she was getting ready for a boxing match as opposed to her wedding.  Alanna was on a 3 day split routine with her weights and always had to hit the boxing mitts, heavy bag and jump rope for several minutes with every workout.  She also was jumping rope on her off days and either ran or stayed on her elliptical for at least 40 minutes.  She was a knockout on her big day without question!
